Refund policy

Returns

Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less original shipping. Products must be in original packaging, unused, and resaleable. Software licenses, opened security subscriptions, and custom-configured workstations are non-returnable; this is noted on the product page.

How to return

Email support@leonquantum.com with your order number. We'll send a return authorization (RMA) and shipping label. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

Email support@leonquantum.com within 5 business days of delivery. We'll replace or refund at no cost.

Manufacturer warranty

All products include the original manufacturer's warranty. After the 30-day window, warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer (HP, Lenovo, SonicWall, etc.). We can help facilitate.
